The TA 2-day training thoroughly updates and modernises one of the oldest and well-tested humanistic psychology traditions in the world, Transactional Analysis (TA).  TA training supports both personal growth and professional application across a range of fields:

  • Personal Growth: TA helps individuals gain self-awareness, understand their patterns of behaviour, and make conscious choices for personal change.

  • Therapeutic Applications: It is used in the helping professions, counselling, therapy and psychotherapy to help people improve communication and resolve relationship issues.

  • Organisational and Educational Settings: TA models are applied in coaching, business, organisations and education to improve management, communication, group dynamics and teaching strategies.

Outcomes from the training are:

  • Gain tools for personal and professional growth.

  • Develop skills for healthier communication and relationships.

  • Learn structured models for understanding human behaviour.

  • Internationally recognised TA101 certificate and ICF CCE 14hours.

You can find out more about a TA101 here.

The Creativity seminar is designed through the lens of TA and participants are supported to explore and transform the inner dialogues, patterns, and beliefs that often create barriers to creativity; such as self-doubt, fear of judgment, or feelings of inadequacy. TA provides a practical and compassionate framework for understanding these internal dynamics, enabling individuals to recognise resistance, rewrite limiting scripts, and develop a more nurturing inner stance. As participants reconnect with their capacity for play, curiosity, and authentic expression, they build confidence and self-esteem, discovering that creativity is not a talent reserved for a few, but an innate and vital part of being human.  Read more about Mandy's creativity work here
